Wednesday, March 23: Our phones and internet are temporarily down, please leave a voice message if you are trying to reach us and we will be back to you shortly. We are open if you have an appointment.
As of Tuesday, July 6th, we are modifying our curbside pet appointment services. Here's what you can expect:
In-hospital Appointments: Doctor Exams and Surgery Check-ins
- Please CALL 303-477-1984 when you arrive. A member of our staff will greet you at the front exit door, as our main entrance will remain locked. You will be escorted to an exam room.
- If you prefer, all of our services can be offered as a curbside visit. One of our staff will bring your pet into the hospital.
- Only one masked, vaccinated client to accompany a pet for a Doctor’s visit. Masks are mandatory for all staff as well as anyone entering our building.
Curbside Appointments: Technician appointments including nail trims, booster vaccines and bloodwork. Food and medication pick up. Other services including acupuncture and X-rays.
- All technician appointments will remain curbside at this time due to limited space in our lobby and exam rooms.
- To pick up food or medications, please call our office at 303-477-1984 and we will get you checked out via text or over the phone. A staff member will bring your items out to the colored basket in front of the hospital.
All Appointments:
- Please fill out a patient history form prior to your appointment. This will help expedite your visit.
- If you will be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule. This is to allow adequate time for our other patients/appointments as well as disinfecting our exam rooms for everyone’s safety.
- If you or anyone in your home has a fever, has COVID-19 or any symptoms, or have been exposed to someone positive with COVID-19 in the last 10 days, we ask that you please stay home and reschedule your appointment.
These guidelines have been created to ensure our clients, patients and staff remain safe and healthy. We so appreciate your patience through this.
If you have questions or need further assistance, contact our hospital at 303-477-1984.
